Printing
Your family's coat of arms is hand-finished and printed on archival-grade paper, built to last over 100 years without fading. Printing begins within 2 business days of your order.
Delivery time
Your print typically arrives within 15 to 20 days. International destinations can occasionally take a few days longer, depending on local customs and postal services.
Shipping cost
Shipping is already covered by your order. There is nothing further to pay for delivery.
Tracking
You'll receive an email as soon as your print leaves our studio. If 25 days pass without it arriving, write to us and we'll reprint and resend it at no cost.
Today's charge
You paid $4.99 today. This covers your registry enrollment and your printed coat of arms.
Ongoing membership
Your Family Library membership then renews at $19.99 per month, starting 30 days from today. It keeps your family's entry in the registry, your digital crest, and your chronicle updated and accessible.
What stays yours
The printed coat of arms, your digital crest, and your family chronicle remain yours permanently, even if you cancel later.
Statement name
Charges appear on your statement under Heraldry Studies. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.
No fees, no lock-in
You can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.
The one step
Email us at heraldrystudies@findyourcrest.com from john.ashford@example.com and ask us to cancel. We handle it right away and confirm by email, usually within one business day.
If you cancel before the first renewal
You will not be charged the monthly fee at all, and your print is still produced and shipped.
Is this an official grant of arms?
No. Heraldry Studies is a private registry. Our coats of arms are researched, artistic recreations for commemorative and decorative purposes, and confer no legal title or nobility.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if you write to us before your print ships. Send your new address to our email and we'll update the order.
Can I register more than one family name?
Yes. Many members register both sides of their family. Just start a new registration for the second surname.
Where do I see my family's entry?
Your family's entry lives in the registry, alongside every other enrolled house. Use the button below to browse it.
